Breeder listing agreement

The BCOA Board of Directors will decide on the use of the income from the breeders' listings on the web for matters related to breeders, such as (but not limited to): public education, judges' education, breeder education, fighting anti-dog legislative endeavors, the Basenji Health Endowment, and other breed interests. This income will not be used for day-to-day Club operations, Club reserves, or funding national events.

By listing in the BCOA Breeder Directory, I confirm that:

• I am a member in good standing of the Basenji Club of America and, as of this date, I am in good standing with the American Kennel Club.
• I am solely responsible for the content of my BCOA web listing and for keeping it current or requesting its removal through my member profile.
• I understand the BCOA reserves the right to remove any listing, or any portion of a listing, of any BCOA member breeder who terminates their BCOA membership, is suspended or expelled from the BCOA, or is suspended by the AKC. Listings are removed for the duration of any suspension.
• As a condition of my listing, I, my heirs, successors and assigns agree to hold the BCOA harmless and to indemnify the BCOA with respect to any and all causes of action or liabilities whatsoever that may arise from or in any way relate to my listing in the BCOA Breeder Directory.
• I expressly authorize the BCOA to include the following information in my listing and understand it will be available to the general public via the Internet. My listing will include my name, city, state, and email address. My kennel name and the services I offer appear if I provide them in my profile; my phone number and website appear only if I choose to publish them there.
• I understand the listing fee is $25.00 per year. Renewing my listing (payment required) renews and extends this agreement. If my listing lapses, I must sign a new agreement to be re-listed.
