How to apply
- Complete the Membership Application using the online form or the printable PDF below.
- Secure two endorsements from BCOA members in good standing, not residing in the same household.
- Read and agree to the Club's governing documents (Constitution and By-Laws, Code of Recommended Practices).
- Send the application with your first year's dues to the Club Secretary. The address is printed on the application.
