Dear Mr. Crowley,
In September of 1988 I counted the votes of the members of the Basenji Club of America for having the American Kennel Club open the Stud Book to allow African Basenjis to be registered by the American Kennel Club and I also counted the votes for the new Basenji standard that included a revision that would allow Brindle to be an accepted color. The results of the voting follows:
